      I am writing regarding my home building experience with Bison Builders.  I was very pleased with the experience and the finished product is magnificent.  All of the sub-contractors were easy to deal with, pleasant, professional and listened to my input as well as requests.  I never felt as if I was put off, or discounted in any manner.  The combination, coordination and effort of all the players from the beginning of the project to the end of the project, has made a difference.  My Bison Home is great; it felt like home the day I moved in.                                                                                                                                                                                 --Kathey Pebley

     We recently used Doug Bandle and his company Bison Builers Inc. to remodel a home we purchased in Turkey Canyon Ranch.  The process not only involved a complete remodel of the existing home but we doubled the square footage with a 3 story addition.  The experience was tremendous!  We loved every minute of it from the creation of the plans to the final product.  Our situation was unique since we were living in a portion of the old home's newly remodeled lower level and all our possessions were stored in the garage.  This means we were on site the entire time and can vouch for the performance of Bison Builders and the people who worked to build our beautiful home.  
       At the beginning of the process we were given a schedule of events and a bid for the proposed work.  At the end, we realized the schedule had been kept and the bid was still firm.  Sure, we made changes, but those changes were billed for in a fair and detailed manner.  Any problems that arose were solved quickly and Doug was always accessible and ready to answer any questions.
      The final product is truly a delight!  Bison Builders built us a home that is a showplace with many fined details and exquisite craftsmanship.  From the hanging staircase to the full length windows the quality exudes class and charm.  One concern was matching the old house to the new but there is no evidence of the extensive changes made to the existing home and the addition melds into the original as seamlessly as if the two had been build together, both inside and out.
