Can I afford a custom home ?
Yes, with Bison Builders, having a custom home built will be no more expensive than having a “tract” home built, but we can build it on your land with your specifications and goals. We can take a floor plan or sketch and we will go from that to customize it to your wants and needs. We will draw the plans, supervise the construction while you pick finishes that will create your house into a home that you have dreamed about.
How long will it take?
From the drawing of the plans, through construction of the home to completion is a roughly a nine month process. Typically, it will take about three months to draw the plans, proceed through the building department and bank, then about six months construction time.
What about financing?
We have the financial relationships in place to guide you through the finance process from getting a construction loan to converting to permanent financing when the project is completed.
