Bison Builders began in 1978 when Doug moved from upstate New York to Colorado Springs. He grew up in Buffalo – hence the name of his company!
From the beginning of his career as a contractor, Doug Bandle has focused on energy efficient homes and remodels, and is very knowledgeable about cost effective products. Doug is licensed in El Paso, Douglas, Summit and Teller Counties. He predominantly builds pre-solds instead of spec homes and can therefore keep costs down and pass the savings on to his customers.
With experience in the construction industry since 1978, Doug has excellent relationships with the subcontractors and suppliers who will build your home. Their loyalty to Doug ensures his customers’ timely delivery of their home and the quality standards that he insists on. As a result, Bison Builders has participated in the Parade of Homes in five different locations.
